Who is this guy giving everyone advice not to wait until something breaks before getting their car serviced?

Meet Alejandro Macias, and I'm excited to welcome him to the Oren's Automotive team!

Alejandro was raised right here in Santa Barbara and is a proud graduate of San Marcos High School. He brings more than a decade of experience as a Service Advisor, having helped customers at both Toyota and Nissan dealerships.

At Oren's Automotive, we're committed to providing the very best experience for our customers, and that starts with having exceptional people on our team. I'm grateful to have Alejandro join us, and I know you'll enjoy working with him as much as we do.

TGIF!

It’s been a long week with Eric on vacation and the challenge of training a new team member. There have been a few moments when I’ve wondered where my head was at, but then I look at this photo and see our team fully focused, heads buried under the hood, doing what they do best. It helps put everything into perspective.

At the end of the day, I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside such a dedicated group of people who genuinely care about serving our customers.

To my staff: thank you for your hard work, commitment, and teamwork. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

To our customers: thank you for your continued support and for trusting us with your vehicles. We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you.

This is the first time I have had my car serviced at Oren's. I used another shop on Goleta for many years which I was very happy with but they eventually closed. The staff are very friendly and informed which is always a good sign. The garage area looked neat and organized. They did a brake job on my car in a timely manner and changed some of the fluids that needed changing. They even clean my car inside and out which was great. I will definitely bring my car back when it needs servicing.
