❤️ MONDAY: MEET THE PEOPLE — AUGUST RECAP

August kept our Fix Auto team busy—in the shops and throughout our communities!

From marketing meetings and everyday moments around the office to the skilled hands working behind the scenes, this reel is a look at the people who keep everything moving.

We also had plenty happening outside the shop—donating school supplies to help local students start the year strong, sponsoring a hole at a local golf tournament, cheering Jesse on as he played, and bringing home first place in the Hot Salsa category at the Helping Hands OV Salsa Cook-Off! 🎒⛳🌶️🏆

These are the faces, conversations, community events and everyday moments that made up our August.

We’re proud of the work we do—but even prouder of the people who make it all happen. ❤️

🏁 HUGE CONGRATULATIONS TO GRANT HUGHES! 🏆

Talk about making the most of a last-minute opportunity!

Grant Hughes was invited to race the KFX Series on Dirt in Lodi and came away with FIRST PLACE! 🥇

And this win was a big one — Grant earned a spot to represent the United States in Europe this May. 🇺🇸

We love seeing the Fix Auto colors in Victory Lane, but even more than that, we love celebrating the people connected to our Fix Auto family when they do something incredible.

Congratulations, Grant! Way to show up, race hard, and get it done. We’ll be cheering you on all the way to Europe! 🏁🇺🇸

🚦 SAFE DRIVE SUNDAY

School is back in session, which means busy crosswalks, crowded drop-off zones, and more young pedestrians on the road.

Slow down in school zones, keep your phone out of reach, and be prepared for a child to step into the street unexpectedly.

A few extra minutes of patience can help everyone arrive safely. ❤️

🔍 Saturday Spotlight: The Details Matter

“Has anyone seen my tool?” 🛠️

Plot twist: he didn’t lose a tool. He’s just checking every drawer until he finds one worth “borrowing” from someone else. 😂

Sometimes it’s the smallest missing piece that makes the biggest difference. ⭐

This Toyota came in with damage to the front bumper area. With careful repair work, proper fit and a seamless finish, everything is back where it belongs.

Complete, polished and ready to get back on the road.

That’s a **Finish Friday**.

❤️ THE JESSE WAY

Apparently, Jesse doesn’t know how to casually enter a salsa contest. 🌶️😂

For the third year, Jesse and members of the Fix Auto team showed up for the Helping Hands OV Salsa Cook-Off—a community event that raises money to help local seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families who could use a helping hand.

And when we say “showed up”…

Jesse spent months testing recipes and perfecting this year’s salsa.

Because if you know Jesse, you know that’s pretty much how he approaches everything.

Whether it’s repairing a vehicle, supporting his team, showing up for the community—or, apparently, making salsa—if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.

This year, all that recipe testing paid off: Fix Auto took 1st Place in the Hot Salsa category! 🏆🌶️

But the trophy isn’t really what this story is about.

It’s about showing up.

It’s about supporting organizations doing good right here in our own backyard.

And it’s about having a whole lot of fun with the people you work alongside while doing it.

That’s The Jesse Way. ❤️

More than repairing vehicles… we’re building trust, one relationship at a time.

🔧 WORKSHOP WEDNESDAY

The Frame Rack: Where Millimeters Matter

Ever wondered what this giant piece of equipment in a collision shop actually does?

This is a frame rack, and it’s an important tool used during structural collision repairs.

After an impact, a vehicle’s structure can move out of specification—even when the difference isn’t obvious just by looking at it.

That’s where the technology comes in.

Our technician uses a computerized measuring system to check specific points on the vehicle and compare those measurements to the proper vehicle specifications.

If structural straightening is needed, the vehicle can be securely anchored to the rack while the technician makes controlled corrections—checking the measurements along the way.

So when you see him going back and forth between the vehicle and the computer in this video, he’s not guessing.

He’s measuring. Adjusting. Checking. And measuring again.

Because in collision repair, a few millimeters can matter.

🔎 TRUTH TUESDAY

“The damage was repaired. Why does my car still need a calibration?”

Because today’s vehicles are a lot smarter than they look.

Cameras, radar and sensors can be connected to features like:

🚗 Lane departure warnings
🚗 Adaptive cruise control
🚗 Blind spot monitoring
🚗 Automatic emergency braking

After certain collision repairs, those systems may need to be calibrated so they’re operating the way they’re supposed to.

Repairing the vehicle isn’t just about making it look right.

It’s about making sure the technology behind it is ready to do its job, too.

Truth Tuesday — because understanding the repair process builds trust. ❤️

❤️ MONDAY: MEET THE PEOPLE

The repair may be finished, but the job isn’t complete until your vehicle is ready to welcome you back.

Our detailers handle those important finishing touches—cleaning away the dust from the repair process, polishing the exterior, and making sure the vehicle looks its best before pickup.

It’s one of the final steps before the keys are placed back in the customer’s hands, and it’s a detail we don’t take lightly.

Because after everything you’ve been through, getting your vehicle back should feel like a fresh start. ❤️

🚦 SAFE DRIVE SUNDAY

A green light doesn’t always mean the intersection is clear.

Before moving forward, take one extra second to look left and right—especially for pedestrians, cyclists, or a driver trying to beat the light.

That little pause could prevent a big accident.

Green means go—but only when it’s safe. ❤️
