“Customer states the AC is not blowing properly and there is a weird smell” Verified customers concern, experienced a vibration noise when running the ac, and a foul smell. Removed the blower motor to inspect, found a deceased rodent.. - This has been a wild season with rodent intrusion. Check your areas! We’ve seen so much wiring damage etc. .
