Congratulations to Charlie, receiving team lead, who we recognized this morning as our Outfitter of the Month!
Charlie has been a key leader in our success in the ex*****on of inventory. Charlie has been involved in every detail, partnering with managers to make sure nothing was missed. Through his ability to adjust and stay fluid, any obstacle was no concern for long. Charlie worked long days and extra shifts to keep us on track. Through his actions we have become more accurate in serving our customers.
We appreciate all that Charlie brings to our store each day and we are better in serving our customers because of his contribution.

20 years?!? WOW!! Congratulations to Kathy who celebrated her 20 year work anniversary this week! Kathy told me that she actually has MORE than 20 years of service at our store. She worked for a temp company that helped set up the store before it opened and Cabela's offered her a job.
Kathy has worked throughout the store: hunting, fishing, and apparel. Her favorite thing about working here is the community.

Joe has helped bring in an extensive inventory of used fi****ms to supply our Gun Library customers. Joe has also stepped up to help teach and train fellow outfitters with his extensive fi****ms knowledge while ensuring the proper guns find their way into our store.
