When a customer says he has everything it just needs put in, I should start asking how long they have had it. This top and interior was purchased in the 1900’s. 😆 I guess it would be a good testament to the quality of Electron Tops.

I finished up the “Dirty Six” for this week. Had to do some altering on the Glide seat to keep him low in the seat and under the chopped top.

New headliner for in Upton Wyoming. This 65 Crew cab is really clean. I welded up an antenna hole so they wouldn’t have to worry about burning up the liner if they decide to paint it. This one will probably get “Raptorized” sometime down the road.

I couldn’t locate any sill plates for the 52 Buick so I bead rolled some .040 aluminum. That should work to protect the carpet edge until the customer can find some replacements.

Finished up the side curtains on “Dirty Six”. I believe they will stay dry with these. They seal up very well.

The final install of the 36 Roadster top is complete. It on to the side curtains now.

The 36 is starting to look better. The aluminum base panels are trimmed and covered. The rumble seat is rebuilt and foamed. I also have a good start on the fabrication of the top.

This 36 Ford is from St. Cloud MN. It will be getting an upgrade to a traditional styled interior and a black cloth top. First thing is to strip it and insulate.

The last pieces of the 52 Buick puzzle. This one is headed to Japan.

The seat side and backrest trim on the 52 Buick was in very poor shape. After 2 months of searching for replacements I had to do some problem solving. I had a 52 Chevy that donated seat trim. It took quite a bit of modification, but sometimes you do what needs to be done.

The 52 Buick Super seats had quite a bit of rust that needed repair along with broken springs. This is the process from bare frames to covered.

This set of ‘59 Ford door panels came from Avon, SD. The customer wanted close to original.
