Shot Blast Basket INSIDE dimension 34”x28”. When removed we have over a 4 feet capacity in this machine. That means with a forklift, it should fit Cummins blocks too. This is the spare basket that came with the machine. The inside of the machine is rust free, I’ll have to give a walk around video of it shortly.

We acquired a Shot Blaster by the grace of God. FITS BIG BLOCKS. My elbows are warn out with the amount of glass bead I have been doing since startup. This really has been missing from our shop equipment lineup ever since our AMMCO system. We should be able to blast blocks and heads w/o stopping now, and actually be able to do jobs fast enough to make some decent time. When half of job was cleaning and glass beading by hand, it really took the joy out of engine machining. With this machine I just have to bake the blocks dry, then get it the machine and hit go. The blaster will do a great job and Kalamazoo really needs it right now. We are also hiring and talking applications, I need a helper, there is plenty of work, and our surfacer is putting out low RA finishes in record time.
