Empire industries is owned and operated by Eric Friend who founded White Knuckle Racing in Oregon in 1995. After developing numerous performance parts for the ATV/ UTV market and building some of the fastest ATV’s in the nation, Eric has sold White Knuckle Racing in Oregon and started Empire Industries in Riverside California in 2012. We are now conveniently located in Phoenix AZ and ship our prod

We have decided to sell the CPI Banshee brand. We simply don't have time or the room to build these. We still have approximately 70 sets of stamps sitting on the shelf as well as o ring collars, hangers and the original CPI mufflers. $50,000 takes it all as well as sole rights to the CPI name (banshees only)and reproduction of the CPI stamps. We have made several changes to make them better and easier for production including mandrel bent stainless steel stingers, laser cut mufflers. CNC tips and inlets etc. If anyone is seriously interested please contact me direct. In the mean time we will still be filling orders as best as we can.

For all you Banshee guys ! Empire Industries has acquired all the tooling and rights to reproduce one of the best Yamaha Banshee pipes ever made! We will be making new CPI Racing pipes with a few updates, including mandrel bent stainless steel stinger tubes and new muffler design. We will be in production by the end of December. They will be available on our website for pre orders soon!
