I bought a car from Midway in October, they showed me a car that appeared to be good, they did put tires on it and new brakes when I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car they said they don't want me to have it and try to get me into something more expensive. Well I did get the car, I noticed the alignment was bad, now I'm trying to talk to somebody and they said always wait till tomorrow and no one calls, is this is how customers are treated after buying three cars from this place.
What I just posted on My page, your really dont care about your customers:
So, no car until Monday afternoon.We have to pay 2200.00 for repairs. The finance clicked Silver instead of Gold on our freaking extended warranty $1585.00 It should have been Gold and was trying to get it corrected. She didn't call us, the service guy called! How do people sleep at night knowing they have screwed people? I recommend to people, do not go to Midway off of Bell Rd! I get to pay for the repairs, 2200.00 NOT covered because someone clicked the wrong box. If it weren't for bad luck, we'd have none at all.
Not a happy camper here. Buy a car in February, told everything under the hood covered for 12 months and now You want to charge me 2200.00 to fix our car? Why did we pay CASH and become "Part of the Family" if you can't stand by your word?
I just want to say Midway Chevrolet aka John Cuccio Phoenix AZ were fantastic. I live in Henderson Nv. I purchased a new 2020 Silverado from off internet but mostly over the phone. All though there was a hiccup to no-ones fault Midway Chevrolet aka John Cuccio made it right. They did not have to do so, big props that they did. I will refer and always purchase future Chevys from this dealership. Thanks for the professionalism from everyone there. 👏
Beyond disappointed in Midway Chevrolet’s Martin Matus as a first time customer. Called in the morning to confirm availability and power level of a Bolt. Martin confirmed both and booked an appointment for me later in the day. I travel from Ahwatukee to the dealership to find the car wasn’t as told. Walked away as a prequalified customer without a sale. Unbelievable poor service
Why does it take 3 days to get my truck back this is the worst experience I’ve had with Midway Chevrolet....I call and get put thru to leave a message....and no call back...
My spouse and I went into Midway wanting specifically a 1500 Chevy Silverado, 4x4, Crew Cab, for the purpose of having a powerful truck to tow a travel trailer, space for our 2 kids car seats. The salesman who attended us was Orlando. We told him what we were looking for and he recommended the 2020 Silverado LT 1500, we asked why not the 4x4? He said, "this one is an AWD drives just like the 4x4 but drives on all 4 wheel all the time and will haul/pull about 9k pounds" he also mentioned the benefits of security perks it had vs. the 4x4. We said OK well if he recommends it, why not? We agreed on a price, which later grew 1k, don't know from where but not the purpose of this review, I chewed and swallowed that 1k because as they will always say "You signed the paper" Fast forward to; after driving the truck for a few weeks we wanted to get the 4x4 and crew cab we wanted from the get go. I called Orlando after reviewing their online inventory, WHICH IS A LIE, told him we want to trade in the truck we just bought for one of the 4 trucks I seen online in their inventory list which was the 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 Trail Boss, 4x4 Crew Cab. I said what can you do for me to get that Orlando? He said " yeah for sure you can do that, come see me tomorrow, we have a "big event" going on and a bunch of trucks on the lot and I can see what I can do" I SPECIFICALLY ASKED HIM DO YOU STILL HAVE THE BLUE, RED, SILVER AND BLACK Trucks I see online on your inventory list that I can see tomorrow? He said "Yes we have a big event and a lot of trucks coming in can you come tomorrow?" I scheduled a 5:30 appointment to see him the next day. We arrived at 5:15, he's not available, which I understand, he was with another customer. Another salesman approached and offered help, he took over the appt., I explained we just bought this truck not even 30 days ago and want to trade it in for one of the trail Bosses you have. I have to say he was so unprofessional from the beginning, rude and as if he knew he wasn't going to do anything for us period. He obtained my information and went to talk to a manager, came back and said "my manager said you have to keep the truck for 1 year before you can trade it in" No I don't! If I am not happy with my purchase and want and am willing to pay additional $ because we all know it's going to cost more $, why do I have to keep the truck for 1 year? I said show me the trucks, then we can talk numbers! He asks "well how much $ do you have to put down, then maybe they can do something?" How am I going to discuss $ when I don't even know what truck I'd get and at what price? I told him again show me the trucks! He then said "we don't have them here, they're Downtown in a lot, but I can show you others we have" " I said no I don't want those I want specifically the trail boss crew cab and 4x4. Throughout the back and forward conversation with this guy, he tells me "sorry all we have are just like your Chevy the 2WD's" I said no mines an AWD, he said no it's a 2WD. At that point I lost my patience, I said "you're telling me I bought a 2WD when Orlando told us it was an AWD? He lied not only about the price we agreed, also the truck! I demanded to speak to a manager. A manager came out, he was courteous and professional, at the beginning or shall I say at the only moment I saw him after telling me he wanted to work with me and get me what I was looking for. He offered to show me numbers but he didn't have them in stock. I agreed, he left, called the salesman "helping us" over the intercom who went and came back with RIDICULOUS NUMBERS! They wanted to give us a 30k credit for taking back the truck we purchased just 30 days ago, that's $15k under what my pay-off would be plus fees, plus costs and purchase price that all totaled to be $77K! I laughed out loud, my spouse stood up and said "let's go, we are NOT paying $77,000 for a truck." Tell me if I'm wrong BUT 77K? How is that even a starting point of negotiation? They did absolutely NOTHING TO EVEN TRY TO HELP US. It's like they purposely showed us those numbers to scare us away, and they succeeded because we immediately left. But I promise you this, we left for ever! We'll never purchase a vehicle from this dealership nor will any of my family members, friends, neighbors and I hope anyone who ever reads this. I have purchased a lot of vehicles, over the last 25 years from which My father, my sister, and friends have also purchased new vehicles from after being recommended BUT this one has definitely been the WORST experience we have ever had.

I purchased these” New” Wireless Cab Marker Lights from Cab Over America... "Amazing"

I installed them in 30 min. With (No Holes) drilled in my roof and (No Wires), they are really cool :) Check them out! Tell your buddies!
a few months ago my window regulator broke. i drop it off to get fix under warranty. I offered to put my stocks back in the vehicle and they said no that they are "professionals". we'll after a few hours of work turn into a few days, got it fixed and before driving off it broke again. At this point a few days turns in a few weeks. since the first pick i inform them there where damage to my wheels and truck. they accepted the damage and got the wheels fixed to a certain point because the repair is not the best. for the truck damage they buffed out the scratches but not all came out. after many weeks of back and forth they now said. "we will no longer repair your truck". i end up with damaged wheels and damage truck. that now i would have to use my insurance to repair. bad service over all. the only good thing they offered was a rental but its not a fair trade. I would of rather walked for weeks then to have my truck all scratched and damage. horrible customer service and the supervisor in charge send my case to another person that was not aware. and im sure the agent that help me got fired for trying to help me.

Just want to say I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel people should know what happened here to my husband and me. We went down Friday night to look at a 2020 Chevy Equinox. We told the salesman about are Situation. That we are upside down in the car loan we got and wanted to see if we could trade in are 2017 Chevy Cruze. We new there was a chance they could not do it. They showed us a Chevy equinox that had 3000 miles on red turbo heated seat black inside really nice. Had a star in the Conner cause it was discounted cause it was new but had the 3000 miles on it. So we said let’s see if we can do this. They can back and told us we got it for so much down and so much a month. We could not afford the offer. The sale manger/ closer Troy told us look if I can get you in this truck for what we can afford will you take it. We said yes he said great give me the night and tomorrow morning cause it was 8 pm by this time to work on getting you in this Vehicle. We told him no problem but we live in Florence as with is almost two hours away please don’t waist are time driving back out here tomorrow if you can’t do it. He told us I promise if I can’t get you in this vehicle I will tell you before you drive back out here. The next morning Saturday at 1030 am we talked to him and he said we got the deal come down and sign the papers get your vehicle. We drive the two hours back to midway Chevy to get are vehicle get there Troy tells us let me go get your vehicle. He comes back with a black Equinox that had light Interior and none of the extras that the red one had in it. My husband said get in the car we are leaving Troy said what are you doing we can talk about this my husband said you lied to us. He said no no no wait I can get you into the other vehicle that you looked at last night just come back inside let’s talk go back in and he comes back with the black Equinox again. So my husband said do you want the black one to me do you need to think about this I said no. I don’t want it. We got up and left. This morning Sunday we are sitting here watching tv and guess who is in the midway Chevy acting like a customer and they just sold him a vehicle Troy. The lier this is how midway Chevy Promotes there top lying sales mangers. Watch out for Troy he does not care about your best interest only his sake and money will lie and cheat you to get his sale. It’s bad enough that we are dealing with the Coronavirus going on. That Obviously midway Chevy or Troy there sales Manager care about. Will still lie his way throw the sale just to make his penny. I hope midway Chevy looks at this and sees just how bad this is.
