In June of 2020 I bought a new Honda Civic. The salesman Jeremy was polite and knowledgeable. He was an ex-manager of the dealership. I wanted an interior rear view mirror that had the capabilities of programming my garage door opener. Jeremy told us that we would have to get an upgraded model that cost $1200 more. We agreed to the price and bought the car. Upon taking the car home and looking at the manual I couldn't find where to program my garage door opener. I went back to the dealership spoke to Jeremy and he told me I can purchase one for about $500.00 in the parts department. Little I did know this information was incorrect. The parts department informed me there is no such mirror to purchase.We never would have purchased the car if we knew the interior mirror didn't have the capability of programming the garage door. I complained to the head manager in the sales department a few times. His response was he had a strong talk with Jeremy. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me and he flat said NO. I signed a contract. Little did I know this item was not included in the upgrade. I also complained to Honda Corp and after a 25 minute wait on the phone they took my complaint and the only thing they do is send the complaint back to the dealership. BELL HONDA ARE MASTER DECEIVERS!
I purchased a vehicle almost two years ago. Since my purchase I get bi-monthly to monthly calls to trade my car in for another vehicle.
It's like I am part of the new hire training to be called. I have begged and gotten nasty and asked you all to stop.
My service person is nice and now you have others calling me to harass me about services.
I threatened to come in screaming to have you all leave me alone.
Love my vehicle but I am not happy with this. I get enough robo calls all day. I don't need you to call me as well. Not sure I will pick the company that is harassing me to purchase again.
I decided I will post on all media everytime you call and harass me.
Left a voicemail with the manager and of course he is the only one that doesn't call.

I had the best experience here yesterday! I just wanted to thank Joshua and the whole team for being so efficient and getting my sweet car to look brand new again! Every person there that I dealt with via chat or in person was exceedingly kind and patient and friendly. I had expected a 2-3 hour wait, and was driving away in less than 90 minutes from time of arrival. I almost look forward to my return in 6 months for the next application of Zaktek. And, since I purchased an extended warranty, needed work will be a pleasure as time goes on. Thank you!
I purchased a vehicle online for my daughter and the day before she was to pick it up they called to tell me someone sold it. They "claim" to have had a sold sign on it but it happened anyway. I asked for documentation confirming the sale. That took 4 days of me asking each day. As it turned out, they never ran my $5000 down payment (which they had for 10 days). After that, they said my check hadn't cleared yet. Why did that happen? They hadn't submitted it to the bank. People, it won't clear if you don't send it to the bank. I would like to point out that my salesman, Bryant Pelt was great but the manager, Roberto, was the one that dropped the ball. I have never experienced such incompetence or unprofessionalism in anything I have ever purchased.
We no longer have to wear masks at this place?
Bell Honda is not awesome.

The worst dealership. Worked with Joe in parts to purchase all my parts from Bell Honda for my civic type R. Had service and install quotes, called 2 weeks prior to today to ensure everything was a go. Dropped it off at 9am and got a call at 4:50pm same day they refuse to install the parts or honor what was told to me in writing. My sales rep had no clue, the shop foreman had no clue and the mechanie had no clue they no longer installed part. Garage manager made the call. Shame on bell honda for taking my money and not honoring their own employees word and documentation.
Having been a long time Kia person, I have to say I love my Acura MDX. I purchased a used MDX a few months ago and even though I have a regular mechanic, I wanted to do right my Acura and have it serviced where I knew they would use genuine Honda Fluids and I needed a Transmission Flush. I was so excited because Bell Honda is literally right around the corner. They're open on Saturday's and they have a shuttle. I made my first appointment for an oil change and transmission flush and dropped off my car Saturday morning. I had just put brand new tires on the car the day before including a new spare. The spare hoist gave the tire mechanics a hard time they could not hoist the spare back up at the time. I thought I get a repair estimate at Honda while I was waiting on the fluid change. When my car was done, they said the hoist was working fine. Heh? That's odd but hey cool, so I asked if they could just put my spare back up while I was there. (it was in the back seat). *After another hour, they came back and said...well ya, I guess it IS broken and we can't get the spare up. Ok, that's fine. Again, I asked for an estimate. I knew the part was roughly around $100 as I'd checked the day before. Acura sells the part to the public for $150 but I saw it for less at several OEM websites. I ALMOST DIED when the guy gave me an estimate of $695 to repair the hoist. Over $500 for labor? What? Are you kidding me? I couldn't fathom what he was saying. THERE IS NO WAY. YOU JUST TRIED TO RIP ME OFF. Obviously I said no. My 25 year old son picked up the part and installed it in less than 30 minutes. Bell Honda, I will NOT BE BACK.
Back in June of 2019 I gave you a 5 star review, today it's a thumbs down!👎 I brought my car in for service this morning and was so disappointed to see that NO staff in the Service area were practicing safe distancing in any way, shape or form....very disappointing that you are not taking this seriously or practicing what you preach in the above statement Re: safely serving our automotive needs. From invading your space at the vehicle, to the open coffee bar... bring your mask and hand sanitizer if you must go here!😵
