Once the artwork is approved, it moves into production using premium print materials, inks, and laminates selected for long-term performance. Each graphic is printed, laminated, cut, weeded, masked, and organized into panels before moving through a multi-step quality control process to confirm every color, measurement, quantity, and label is correct.

At the same time, our fleet logistics team coordinates installation dates, locations, and project details. Whether the graphics are being installed in-house or shipped to installers nationwide, every package is kept organized and prepared to minimize downtime for fleets of five vehicles or 5,000.

Step 2 of the Vinyl Images Timeline is all about turning approved artwork into a complete graphics package that is ready for installation.

Every fleet we work with is different, which means the design process has to begin with the details. We start by identifying the exact vehicles through VIN numbers and photos, then work through your existing brand or help establish a new direction before developing the artwork. From there, everything is proofed and refined until the graphics are ready for production.

Step 1 of the Vinyl Images Timeline is all about getting the design right before anything is printed. It’s the foundation for creating fleet graphics that fit properly, stay consistent from vehicle to vehicle, and represent your business the way they should.

We are actively expanding our onsite installer network across major markets in the U.S.

We are looking for installers who can:

Handle onsite installs from start to completion
Work primarily indoors (some exterior work possible)
Complete a minimum of 2 vehicles per day
Maintain strong communication and reliability
Provide photo documentation
Have fleet graphics experience (preferred)
Carry active insurance + COI (required)

The main focus here is keeping the layout consistent across each panel so the logo reads as one piece. That comes down to careful placement by our installers.

This is a great example of how small details add up into the finished look!
