Duval Hose Company- The Engine that Could - 8 hour program

Engine Company operations are vital to the fire ground's success. This 8 hour class is geared for that 1 out of 10 fires where its a high heat low visibility, ventilation controlled working fire. The seat must be found and a push must be made. The electrical drop line is burned through and laying somewhere in the front yard, waiting on you to step on it. Reports of victims has been relayed by fire communications. The Truck guys' primary search is dependent on the Engine Co. operations and GO! This class will cover the skills and tactics to be successful for this fire and others. Different methods of stretching and advancing. When to flow and when to hold your water. Searching for fire.
