hello everyone, someone could tell me if this store is still active, because I made two orders on their website that have not been validated, I sent them an email, a contact form and a mp on facebook, all unanswered so far ...
Here's the brake system I've decided to swap into the ! I'm ditching all of the factory equipment for a front and rear Wilwood Disc Brakes big brake kit! Huge thanks to Raw Brokerage, Inc. for being fantastic to worth with and getting this custom setup put together 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻I'm going above and beyond with this car 🙌🏻 Up front, I'll be using 13" rotors and 6-piston calipers, the rear will be 13" rotors and large single piston calipers that allow me to keep the factory E-brake. They're going to look sick with the new wheels and stop this baby on a dime 👏🏻 I'm also upgrading the master cylinder, brake booster and other necessary hardware. Nissan
I just want to take a quick second and talk about exceptional customer service…
I had always heard great things about Raw Brokerage down in Florida. They specialize in RB’s and Ricky is a master with all things RB. I’ve gone to him about the obscure issues I’ve had with my motor and he’s been more than willing to stop what he’s doing in the shop and try and figure issues out with me.
About 2 years ago, as a lot of you are aware, I had a couple completely random and weird things happen. First, one of my exhaust cam caps snapped off while driving. Put a new head on and a few hundred miles later, my intake camshaft snapped at the front most cam cap. There’s been instances where this happened before but mine wasn’t caused by those already been founded.
Ricky spent the next few weeks, hours on the phone with me, tons of pictures over email, all to help me figure out what went wrong so we could avoid it next time. A couple months went by and he sent me an email just checking up on things and making sure the car was still good as well as seeing how I was doing.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago…I called him with questions about a crank collar install because RB’s original collar is too short to engage properly over time. Even though they don’t do the actual install on the crank anymore, Ricky gave me all the information and measurements I would need to give to my machine shop. I ran some other ideas by him as far as priority with where I’m at in the build and he spent the time to see which would be most beneficial for my own goals even with the 3385357 different scenarios I gave him.
Today, Ricky called me out of the blue just to see how everything was going with the build/teardown. I told him I haven’t started it yet but the fact that he called me to see how the progress was going speaks volumes on him as a person as well as how he runs his business.
I will always call and order from him for anything I need again for the RB. The way this man runs his business is incredible. I wish more companies could follow his example.
Ricky, keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing an amazing job with Raw Brokerage. I hope I can make it down to Florida sometime in the near future and stop by the shop. To anyone who needs anything RB, JZ, S-chassis, what have you, go to Raw Brokerage.
