Zero customer service in the parts department. I had the pleasure of speaking to Johnny in the parts department after sitting on hold for 45 minutes. He is literally the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. My family are life long Toyota drivers and recently my Sons Grandmother gifted him her used Toyota Forerunner however, it needs some repair and I called the parts department to price compare the part and see if they had it in stock. As I said I waited for 45 minutes on hold about 30 minutes the first call and 15 minutes on the second call. When Johnny answered the phone he was quick to tell me that if I didn't have the Vin number I needed to call back when I had it. I told him that I had been on hold already for about 45 minutes and I didn't want to have to hold again could he just look the part up. He made several rude statements but he looked something up and gave me an absurd price for the part. He was truly not helpful at all and if I had to choose Toyota based on this experience I WOULDN'T... I would rather ride a bike.

I had a great time buying my car. Donte, Jason, Francisco helped me every step of the way. Gave me all the details I needed to get me set away with the car I wanted.
Today I took in my 2018 Toyota Camry XSE for it's 45k maintenance which turned out I only needed the tires rotated. By some sort of miscommunication I guess they ended up changing the oil and rotating the tires but the technician used the wrong lift and ended up breaking my left side splitter. My car is lowered and they always use the alignment lift because of this. I was taken care of by Christie throughout the process and she was great. Not only did she get the managers involved but they agreed on not charging me for the services and asked me to bring in the invoice for the what was broken by mistake. Let me say I love Toyota of Orlando I have been a client for years. They have always taken care of me and my needs for my car. They absolutely know what real customer service is.
Hello, I need Michelle in Finance or her supervisor to call my Mom Katrina Kirkland at 407-399-3546 as soon as possible. We have been trying to get someone to help us with extending our warranty since August by going in person for no help, leaving multiple messages with no return phone calls. Finally Tuesday, I got a hold of Cynthia who is able to get Jason in Finance to call us and assist us with filling out the paperwork. We went to the dealership Wednesday night filled out paperwork with the understanding that Michelle in Finance will call us yesterday with the total price of extending the warranty. We called yesterday afternoon and left a message for Jason or Michelle to call us with an update but have not received a call yet. My Mom has called several time today getting different answers as why Michelle can not talk to her. Mom was put through to someone in finance who gave my mom an attitude when asked to have Michelle call her back. Mom finally got through to Cynthia again to leave Michelle a message. the response was wait until 4pm for a call back from Michelle. I HAVE BOUGHT TOO MANY CARS and PRAISED TOYOTA OF ORLANDO TOO MANY TIMES TO RECEIVE THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I expect a call back from the person who supervises Michelle and can get her to do her job efficiently. My mom's name is Katrina Kirkland, her number is 407-399-3546. Thank you Angela Rozelle

Tried to contact Aronld in the collision center but for him to return calls is like capturing a unicorn.
They did a great job with the repair. However they took a sentimental item out of my car. My husband is a deputy and gave me a deputy star when we first started dating. This cannot be replaced.
Use caution and don't leave ANY item in your car. They will take it. Glad I took any items of value out.
