I just purchased a 2020 Panamera addition 10. I have been looking for this car for couple years. I didn't realize this dealership has the largest selection Porsches in the country. I live about an hour and 1/2 away well worth the drive. Customer service was exceptional. They were sensitive my needs and expectations and exceeded both. I am a business analyst and help companies improve their customer service. I bought the car from George Hildreth. The process was seamless. I was quite concerned buying from a dealer that's an hour and 1/2 away but I've been pleasantly surprised at George's response to my phone call trying to learn operating system of the vehicle. When there was a small problem they actually towed the car from Tampa to Orlando to fix the seatbelt. In example of exceeding significantly my expectations. I would not by a car from any other dealer or salesperson.
my experience with other dealers be it Porsche BMW or others is the service department is understaffed, high turnover and don't return calls. their prices for repair after the warranty is over is excessive to say the least. Their follow-up to help clients learn the ever increasing complex operating systems was miserable.

Dropped into the dealer yesterday at 7am. Service department does not open until; 730am. Asked for help and the Service Manager himself jumped right in, put my Macan on the lift, and I was out of there by 8am. Super service.

After a flawless purchase and delivery experience, I noticed a small oil leak at 160 miles. Not only did the folks in service hustle to fix my vehicle, they offered me a brand new loaner and contacted Porsche Customer Care to open a case on my behalf. Wow! Dan, the Service Tech, did an excellent and thorough repair, and Kenny and Carmelo contacted me daily with updates and were excellent representatives of the dealership and brand. In a very difficult and unique situation, their service team was aces and provided 5-Star service. Well done and thank you.
