First of all they need to be honest with their customers. I purchased a 2016 vehicle from them , they claimed they had done a complete inspection on the car such as making sure the was oil change, tire alignment was in tack, a complete safety in which is included in the $699.00 fee that I had to pay according to my buyer order and I asked my seller and was confirmed that was what the fee is for. Well, this was not done to the car, oil was never checked or changed, tire were not checked as well. I live entirely to far to go back for them to do what they should have done in the beginning. So, after asking them to pay for it to be done in my town, they still feel the need to inconvenience me by asking me to pay for it to be done and they would reimburse me. Like Im gonna trust them to send me any money when I had to call them over 15 times to try to correct their mistake. The little general manager who at first eould not call me back, he had one of his little flunkies to call instead, was no help at all. He just continue to lie by saying that it was done when the sale person had already checked with the service department who have already told me that it was overlooked my mistake. After I told them the emotional stress that they were causing me by giving me the run arounds, then finally the GM decided to call with the same old bull. They want your money but they could care less what happens to your car. At less if you got your check in good faith from my bank , they should at less paid for my car to be service even if they had to do it online . Do not use them . They smile in your face until they get that deal done.
I have had my car for 8 years and had excellent service from Orange Buick, Orlando until today. I have called before 2:00 and sent messages about a malfunction indicator lamp that SUPOSSEDLY had been fixed 6/28/19. The only response I received was trying to sell me a new car.. I cannot get a response from this, very disappointed; as it is now 7:27 I am sure i will not hear anything as if it is OK to drive my car!!!!!!
I purchased my Subaru Forester at this dealership which came with a complimentary oil change. I went in for the oil change, and Robert wasn’t there. The woman in front of me and myself waited for 10 minutes. Then she said we’ve been waiting for him and someone went to look for him. She said he’s not really good about answering his extension either. He took care of both of us. Was not real friendly. Oil change was pretty quick.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️For that part. I needed to have the bumper checked-they sent me to the auto body shop. The issue was from when I purchased it. The manager was super nice and fixed it with no charge which he went above and beyond 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for that. Thank you!!!!
Made arrangements to buy a White 2016 GMC with used car staff on Wednesday 3/20/2019 Told staff I would send money to hold, but was told not necessary, just set up a appointment time on Saturday 3/23/2019. I made appointment and was confirmed by email from used car staff on Friday morning. I live three hundred mile to the north in Panama city Beach so I need to rent a car one way the drive truck home. thirty minutes after I returned home with rental car Used car manger calls and tells me they sold the truck, with no explanation, just oh well don't know what to say trucks sold. ????
I am not impressed with Orange Buick GMC's customer service. My grandson brought my 2009 GMC Envoy with 83,639 miles to them for emergency repair on March 5 because the engine noise was really loud, and it smelled like something was burning. Laura, the service rep, told him the exhaust manifold was cracked, the water pump was leaking, and the idler pulley was bad. Since I was at home in New Hampshire and couldn't personally inspect the car, I okayed the repairs. Then I researched cracked exhaust manifolds and discovered that GM had issued an additional protection notice warning of the potential for this condition to develop. The notice provided coverage for 10 years from the date of purchase (03/02/09) or 120,000 miles. When I called on Monday to discuss this additional protection with Laura, she told me that since the repairs were completed after the end date, OBG would not honor this warranty. She suggested I contact the GM Customer Service Center which I did. I was directed to write a letter detailing my issue that included a list of the parts replaced, their cost, and labor charges. Since the invoice did not have separate labor charges for this repair, I called OBG's service department earlier this morning and left a message for Laura requesting a call back. It is now almost 7pm, and I am still waiting for that call back.

On 11/13/18 I had an oil change and tire rotation done on my GMC pickup and they only took 2 hours to do it even though I had a scheduled appointment. The last time I had my GMC oil change done there they took over 3 hours and they lost my truck on their lot. I was real PROUD that it only took 2 hours this time. Each time after I had waited 1 1/2 hours for the "QUICK SERVICE" I had to go to the service area and ask where my truck was before they would even start servicing my truck.
Had an oil change and tire rotation done on 5/4/18. I used a coupon people. They send them to us now and then. So upon leaving the dealership, the check tire monitor light came on but I didn`t have time to go right back because of business that I had to take care of. I called Tom Santiago, who by the way is a great agent to work with, and explained the situation and he directed me to bring it in and so forth. I came in, the guy at the drive-in desk asked a couple of questions, saw a young lady with a tool in her hand that pertained to what I needed and called her over and within ten minutes I was in and out of the place just like that. Didn`t pay a dime. All my experiences at the dealership haven`t been this peachy but most of them have. I prefer the dealership if I have to have work done on my car and so far, for what I`ve had done, I feel that the prices have been fair.
