David recognized this rig! It was a quick interaction because stopped traffic didn’t last long but we rolled up next to this rig, said hi and learned they were heading to a tractor pull! This is the Darnell’s old rig! Chris and family are missed in our little jet world! ♥️

We got a lot lucky when we decided to take the rest of the night off after dining with friends at the World’s Largest Truck Stop in Iowa. We decided to move the rig to the back where there was tons of room to be able to put our slides out. As soon as we started the engine I heard screeching and then we smelled something burning. It was us! Lost a belt and Pully thing. Anyway… lucky to be there when it happened, we fixed it and then enjoyed our Iowa sunset! Enjoy your week!!! 🤩

Sometimes we get to see more than drag racing at a track that has multiple venues. We were camping out on the dragstrip side and took a bike ride down the dragstrip and found a few holes! we got a lot dirty and had to go shower!

Lately when shtuff happens we are in a semi decent spot! Todays shtuff is brought to you by “oh, I smell burning, poor fellow trucker” it ended up being us. We happened to be at the I80 Truck Stop AND parked in front of a service center… luckily it was only the tensioner pulley and a new belt and the service center had both! David got a little dirty and got it done! On the road again….🤩

The new body and wrap is so new and much different than our old Black Pearl bodies. We are still trying to get used to her and admiring her in the Iowa sunset!

This was her debut show at Cedar Falls Motorsports Park. We hope everyone enjoyed the Night of Fire!

These people? All of them, entertainers! Jet cars and wheels standers galore! We all met up for the Cedar Falls Motorsports Park’s NIGHT OF FIRE! We Carpooled downtown Friday night, hung out and had us a good meal and then had an amazing event on Saturday night! Coordinating a group of travelers for an impromptu dinner is rare! We certainly appreciated their company! 🤩
