Living in WNY means dealing with rust….and lots of it. Unfortunately, that means what should be a simple 1.5-hour brake job can quickly turn into a 2, 3, or even 4-hour job. And that goes for many other repairs on a vehicle too
Rust has a way of turning “simple” jobs into major headaches.
Our customers are always our first priority, and we work hard to get every vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. But sometimes between unexpected complications during a repair and waiting on parts to arrive, jobs can take longer than expected. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Also, when you start hearing a noise, call your mechanic of choice and try to get in as soon as possible. Please don’t wait until you can barely drive it anymore. Catching issues early can save you time, money, and prevent bigger problems down the road.
