Short story below⬇️ New Wheel Bearing for this Infiniti G37

A new potential customer called in, regarding a noise heard coming from the right front of the car. They said after reviewing our social media pages, they felt that this was something that we could help them with, and right they were!
They dropped their vehicle off using our before/after hours drop box, and after our inspection and testing process, found that the passenger front wheel bearing was making noise.
Informed the customer of the findings, and with an accurate estimate, they approved the work. No work will ever be done without prior approval, so everyone stays on the same page with work being done, and no surprise charges!
Wheel Bearing was replaced with an OEM quality assembly, and vehicle was test driven to confirm that no other noises were present, and that the repair was performed properly. Then spike with the customer and informed them that there vehicle was ready for pick up. They chose to pay online, and utilize our lock boxes to pick up at their convenience.
After pick up, they reached out to inform me of a job well done and "drives great with no noise"! That's what we like to hear, silence, other than the pur of a properly running vehicle!
