PA law requires learner’s permit holders to have 65 hours of behind-the-wheel skill building before taking the driver’s skills test. Of the 65 hours, 10 hours must be during nighttime driving and 5 hours must be during bad weather driving.

Use the RoadReady app to track your teen’s supervised drives! When ready, download your log to verify you’ve completed the state requirement.
