Pennsylvania Motorcycle Safety Program - Site 11 - LCCC This page is not maintained or endorsed by the PA Motorcycle Safety Program. It is operated by some of the coaches of site 11.

The views contained herin do not reflect the views of PAMSP, its coaches, etc. The Motorcycle Safety Program (MSP) was established to teach riders of all skill levels the basic fundamentals needed in order to safely operate a motorcycle. The MSP was created from legislation in 1984 and began one year later. The Motorcycle Safety Program is free to all Pennsylvania license holders.

General information

General Directions: From I-81, take Exit 164 onto South Cross Valley Expressway. Take Exit 2 onto Middle Road and turn left heading toward Alden. Travel approximately 3 miles to the second college entrance (Prospect Street). Turn right onto Prospect Street and then take your second right turn into the Educational Conference Center Parking Lot. . Classroom: The class is held in the Educational Conference Center, the room number will be posted on the bulletin board inside the door Riding Portion (Range): Walk up the hill to Parking Lot C (signs are posted) where the riding portion of the course will be held. You will see a large PAMSP sign on the shed. BRC 2 Students: Proceed with your motorcycle to Parking Lot C.
