Position Overview

We’re seeking a motivated Body Shop Helper to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians, gaining hands-on skills in auto body repair and learning industry-leading techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in removing damaged vehicle parts and preparing surfaces for repair
Help align and fit body panels, mix and apply fillers to repair dents and scratches
Support senior technicians with welding, cutting, and masking tasks while maintaining a safe workspace
Transport parts and equipment between workstations and keep the shop clean and organized
Perform basic quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to learn, follow instructions accurately, and work as part of a team

We wanted to give a big thanks to PPG for setting up with our newest piece of equipment the PPG Moonwalk. We are the first shop in Idaho to receive this automated paint mixing system. It will allow us to stream line our day to day and mix our paint more precisely leading to, less waste and less human error, resulting in better color matches for newer vehicles. Body tech and paint tech helpers needed. Job includes dissassemble and reassembling of vehicle parts such as, bumpers , doors, etc. prepping parts for paint. Washing / cleaning cars for delivery.

Must be able to follow instructions and have a valid driver’s license. Must be available for normal business hours 8-5, Monday - Friday. Must be able to work without a cell phone glued to their hand.

Pay is based on experience, but no experience is necessary. We offer hands on training.
