Humvee for Sale:
This turbo 6.5L with O/D recently decided it doesn’t want to run (turns over but won’t start- transmission whizzes). Other builds going, so Selling it as-is with hard doors, custom roof rack and new wheels (with full size spare). Anyone want a great Humvee that needs drive train work? Make me an offer. Will post more current photos in comments.

Here are the details on this one that we just sold:
89 HMMWV M998
6.2 L V8 diesel.
TITLED in Idaho.
Recently refurbished.
New military paint inside and out. Looking pristine!
Very clean motor, transmission, and underbody.
Showing 40k miles, but a newer engine was dropped in.
Other upgrades include an airlift bumper, 200 amp alternator, and 24 bolt run flat wheels.
Installed cigarette lighter and USB port as part of the make-over/rebuild. A circulating block heater was also installed.

All motor, trans, gear/diff, and hub maintenance up to date.

Currently set up as a 2-man, 7 ft bed pickup, with rear door fillers, divider, and brand new soft top and doors.
Other than the blown motor, it really is in great condition.
Comes with transferable highway title in hand. Able to export overseas.

It happens time and time again: we restore a Humvee, rebuild the motor to original specs, and go through it with a fine tooth comb. THEN we deliver it to a lucky buyer, who takes it straight to a mechanic to swap out the motor for something "cooler".
