"I would have given a 6th star if I could. Did you know that you can get your moneys worth from an automobile inspection? I Googled to find East Coast Auto Pros to get a car checked out for my daughter. I am from a small town and never know what to expect when it comes to the "city folk"(yeah, I know-not a nice thing to say, my sincere apology). After the PreBuy Inspection, Hannah called to first ask..beach buggy, will it be a daily driver, what are your needs? I told her that it was for my daughter who can work on basic car things. Hannah went over the Inspection line by line, really taking the time to explain what each thing meant. I had told her that I am not a car guy. In the end, Hannah said that this would probably not be the car for us. I am overjoyed, A) To get good advice & B) To find out that in this fast paced world that there are still people and companies that still take the time to do the whole job. "Hannah and the rest of the team did a full inspection and were honest with the state of a high mileage vehicle with many problems. I really liked they used photos and organized the report into what was major vs minor. Others may have pushed for expensive repairs that were not worth it on such an old vehicle. but they gave us the truth which allowed us to make some important decisions. Due to having to get a different car, they even applied a small discount to the inspection fee which was very kind. I would highly recommend East Cooper Auto Pros. Thank y’all."
