What was your first car? Tell us the make, model, and year in the comments...
WAIT. Stop right there.
“First car” is commonly used as an account security question. Questions like this may seem harmless, but public answers can give scammers information they could use to guess passwords or get through account-recovery questions. Combined with details already visible on your profile, one casual comment can reveal more than you intended.
We keep all of the question/answer posts on our page light-hearted and fun, but we ALWAYS keep your safety in mind. If it could put you at risk of hackers or scammers, we don't ask it.
Before answering any social media prompt, ask yourself: Could this question also appear when I’m resetting a password?
If the answer is yes, keep it out of the comments. Protecting your personal information is always worth the extra thought.
