We had a customer recommended to us by our friends over Lonestar Horsepower & Performance. He brought in his 2023 Raptor R that had previously been modified by Hennessey Performance with their "VelociRaptor R 1000" package. But he wanted the exhaust a bit louder and for it to breathe a bit better, so we installed a set of Stainless Works long tube headers packaged with their cat-back exhaust system. Then, we let our buddy Bobby Neufeld work his magic on the dyno; he was able to take the truck from a mild 785hp & 581ft-lbs of torque to more impressive 846hp & 627ft-lbs of torque. After discussing it with Bob, this thing was definitely impressive to make those numbers on just 93 octane. Although he could have thrown some more sauce at it, he decided it was very safe and reliable to keep it right where it was.

2️⃣ Metal Fabrication Specialist

Experience with sheet metal work (cutting, shaping, welding, finishing)

Knowledge of structural & custom fabrication for vehicles

Able to assist with mechanical work when needed

MIG/TIG welding experience a plus

A hands-on, creative work environment with a variety of projects

Opportunity to work on unique builds and custom jobs

Kevin Blackwood always seems to give me projects that push me out of my comfort zone, as well as random projects such as this. Which is a good thing & Much appreciated since it keeps things interesting.

We recently just finished up with his new Ranger 1500, replacing the original suspension with an HCR Racing Mid Travel kit. We also installed a Thumper Fab Roof Rack with a couple of their light bars, along with a pair of HELLA black magic 42" light bars on the sides.

To complete the build, We added a set of Valor Offroad V06 15x8 Brushed Gunmetal wheels wrapped in 35/11.00R15-8 BFG M/T T/A KM3 tires, with help from Cody Nowlain at Hub City Tire .

Between readjusting & setting up the suspension and collaborating with our friends over at Lonestar Horsepower & Performance to get the tune properly dialed in! Here's a little Lincoln action! Car was brought in for us to refresh the engine and reseal the transmission, while we had it we decided it needed to be dropped in altitude a bit. So with the help of Universal Air Suspension we installed their Aeroleaf rear suspension and front air suspension all managed by Air Lift Performance. More pics on this project to come.
