Pick-Up Pals has been family owned and operated since 1982, providing quality truck equipment, accessories, and custom upfitting for over 40 years. We take pride in our craftsmanship and manufacture our own Pup truck beds and bodies, giving our installers the opportunity to work with products built right here by our team. We also install service bodies and truck beds by other manufacturers.

We’re looking for a full-time Truck Accessory & Equipment Installer who is dependable, mechanically inclined, and eager to build a long-term career with a company that values quality work and professional growth.

● Starting at $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities
● Install truck accessories and equipment on a variety of vehicles
● Install truck beds, service bodies, cranes, headache racks and other upfit equipment
● Read and follow installation instructions and work orders
● Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
● Perform quality inspections to ensure every installation meets our high standards
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
● Work as part of a professional team committed to quality craftsmanship
Qualifications
● Mechanically inclined with a strong willingness to learn (use your own tools or rent-to-own a set of basic tools from us)
● Dependable and punctual
● Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job right
● Able to read and follow written instructions
● Positive attitude and strong work ethic
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Experience with automotive, fabrication, or truck accessories is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

When God asked us to tithe to ministries, we got some push back. From employees who thought that money should go towards paying bills. From our accountant who said “there’s no mention in the Bible about businesses tithing.” But that’s okay. We knew that we were going to be obedient, and have continued to do so for several years now. Maybe 15? Last November a local ministry we had heard about through our involvement with Walking in Freedom posted on their page that they needed 2,500 MORE blankets and beanies for school age children - and that wasn’t a WANT, but a NEED. Our hearts were poked and we began to financially support this ministry that impacts a large number of children right here in our community. We know God is our source, our provider and our protector. If you’ve been challenged to tithe or donate but find yourself wondering where the money would come from, just take that step of faith. Then watch the blessings flow FROM you and right back TO you. This ministry is truly making a difference in the lives of precious children. I hope you’ll consider them when you get that nudge to give.
