Yesterday we showed a brake repair. Today, here’s another repair we completed on that same work truck.

Rather than send the truck back out and have the customer return a few weeks later, we identified all the issues, explained it, got approval, and replaced the tensioner at the same time.

That’s taking initiative, identifying problems and creating solutions immediately. Which is our second Coyote Pillar.

We save our customers time, prevent unnecessary downtime, and stay loyal and transparent every step of the way.

That’s the Coyote Standard.

A brake job that created a brake problem.

This vehicle came to us after having the brakes serviced elsewhere. During our inspection, we found the rear brake hose had been installed incorrectly and was contacting the wheel.
That contact eventually wore a hole through the hose, causing brake fluid to leak and compromising the brake performance.

This is exactly why we don’t believe in “good enough.” And why our first Coyote Pillar is Live The Standard.

A repair isn’t finished when the parts are installed. It’s finished when the vehicle is safe, the repair is correct, and we’ve verified our work.
