A pretty big first for HadAWreck Highlands. 💜

Our first official customer and first completed repair is in the books!

After months of getting this shop ready, there’s something pretty awesome about finally seeing cars in the building, technicians in the bays, and repairs happening. This is what we’ve been working toward.

We officially opened our doors Monday and we’re ready to help Louisville get back on the road.

Our team spent this week in Orlando attending PPG MVP’s “Lean for Collision” Green Belt Training! 💚

We spent several days learning how to build more efficient processes, eliminate waste, improve the customer experience, and create systems that help our team grow stronger as our business grows.

Opening a new location isn’t just about a new building — it’s about building the right team, the right culture, and the right processes from the beginning.

We’re excited to bring everything we learned back to Highlands and continue working toward our goal of delivering an exceptional collision repair experience for our customers and our community.

And yes… we officially earned our Green Belts! 👊
