• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience (preferred)
• Experience working on Asian vehicles (Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Nissan, Lexus, etc.)
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• ASE certifications a plus (not required)
