Hey! Did you know that we opened in July 2003?

Rocky and Kelly Stooksbury, a husband and wife duo, decided to come back to Rocky's hometown and set some roots. If you didn't already know, Rocky is a Rocky Hill native who returned with his family to Knoxville or as we like to say "Good Ole Rocky Top" in 2001.

It took over a year to build the L**e, tons of rock needed to be removed and they fought with tons of rain that year. There was so much rain, I believe it even set a record that year, but Rocky was there everyday overseeing his dream. That dream was realized the day our doors opened for business 17 years ago. Man, does time really fly!

Our children grew up with Dad and Mom constantly "talking shop". They would later start working after school and during breaks. We are happy to say, today our son, Jacob Stooksbury is the manager. Keeping our business family owned and operated!

Now, we all know 2020 has been an unusual year with COVID 19. From having less business due to lock downs, people working from home offices, shortages of essential products, and so much more. So in order to keep our employees working and business going strong, we decided to add Pine Straw to our menu. We hope you come by and see what's new!
