It stayed pretty busy at the Soldotna Wednesday Market!

The kids had fun getting balloons, lots of candy, some seat time with checker flags while the adults were eager to learn more on each track and get amped for races ahead!

It was definitely a great day to be at the market! Shout out to Brianna Sipes for enduring the etire day for us all out there.

Opening night was a dominant night for Modified drivers as they raced for the extra banquet payout $$$ at the end of season. #53 Clay Petersen, who set the pace from the start by claiming Fastest Qualifier with a lap time of 20.521 seconds!

It was a complete sweep for #53, in the Modifed class, winning both heat races, and parking it in Victory Lane for the Feature Race win! 🏁🔥

#64 Dustin Bass put together a strong and consistent night, securing second place overall, while #23 TJ Oren battled throughout the evening to earn third place and round out the podium.

🏆 #53 Clay Petersen, picking up the first feature win, Heat 2 victory, and a second-place finish in Heat 1.

🥈 #43 Jay Irving put on a great battle all night, winning Heat 1 and finishing second in both Heat 2 and the Feature to secure second in the Late Model championship standings.

The flying dirt, and the battle for bragging rights is coming to Twin City Raceway-Circle Track Division on June 13th as the Kenai Peninsula Racing Lions SXS Division proudly host the first-ever official SXS race on the Kenai Peninsula!

This is more than just a race—it's the beginning of a brand-new chapter in local motorsports.
Drivers from all across Alaska will put their machines to the test as they battle for the chance to become the first SXS winners in Kenai Peninsula racing history.

Whether you're a longtime racing fan or just looking for an exciting night out, you won't want to miss the action.

Expect high-speed competition, close racing, and plenty of dirt flying as these side-by-sides take on the track for the very first time.
