“ I took my 2012 Explorer to KC Auto Clinics in Independence to see what it would cost to fix my a/c and 3rd row seat, but what I really wanted to know was if it was even worth fixing. It only has 34,400 miles on it, but it is 14 years old. I couldn’t decide between fixing it and keeping it a few more years, or buying a new one. He explained that if money is an issue, fixing it is cheaper than a car payment, but I would still have a 14 year old car, and parts don’t go bad just because of mileage, they also go bad because they’re old, so other things are likely to start going bad too. He was honest, didn’t put his own interests first, and advised me like he would a friend or family member so I could make the best decision for myself. I decided not to have it fixed and to buy a new one, but this shop has my respect, loyalty, and gratitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone. “
