Bait and switch! Do not buy from here.
On Dec. 20, 2019 I purchased a 2014 Chevy Malibu. Today 7 months and 11 days later my car is back in the service department for the 5th time due to transmission issues. I noticed just a few days after purchasing the car that the transmission was slightly slipping immediately took it back to dealer and was told it was fine. Since then the car is on it's 4th transmission. Giving this dealership the benefit of my doubt, today I gave them the option of trading the faulty car they sold me in for a new one or lose my business. The GM, Clayton, informed me that I would need to come up with another $2000 to put down on whatever vehicle I wanted to trade the Malibu (with the bad transmission) for. I was told that I could get a loaner which I can only put 1000 miles on before being charged $1.40 a mile or returning it whether or not my vehicle is fixed. Last go round it took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. The GM, Clayton, told me maybe i should just rent a car after I had to pay over $200 to get my vehicle towed to the car dealer who sold me a car with a defective transmission. I am completely speechless and disgusted in the treatment I have received if your "certified mechanics" drive each vehicle before they are sold to ensure quality then tell me why the idiot of a salesman (Mike Mike S. Mountjoy) was allowed to sell me a vehicle with a bad transmission. Cable dahmer of independence has lost my business and I hope those of you considering purchasing a vehicle from them rethink your choice and I will be praying for the staff who coukd careless about their customers because at the end of the day I know people like that need as many prayers as they can get.
Thank you to everyone working this morning that helped me out with my broken key! I had no idea what to do and every single person from service to parts was so great! Jason even walked me to where I needed to go and I think his name was Eddy? Sorry! Was so kind and helpful! I got one new key and one on the way! Thank you all! ☺☺☺

I bought a brand new Camaro ZL1 and Cable Dahmer delivered the car with the rear tires roasted off the car. It was apparent the car had been used for massive burn-outs while the engine was still in the break-in phase. The car had melted rubber in various openings even on the hood and the interior smelt awful from all the smoke generated. I brought this up with management and demanded what I paid for, a brand new car that was not severely abused and I get completely stone-walled. I am in the process of suing the dealership as a result. I would recommend anyone looking for a high performance Chevrolet to buy their car elsewhere as the professionalism is completely lacking, as is their respect for the customer and his property.
I’ve been waiting for a return phone call for three weeks. I traded in a vehicle over 90 days ago and the wrong was paid toward my trade in and now I have a past due amount over 90 days old and nobody will call me back. I have made numerous phone calls and multiple emails with no response. This is unacceptable.

Please stop harassing people with your incessant telemarketing. My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from you. Well you’ve guaranteed that we will NEVER purchase another vehicle from you ever again and won’t recommend you to anyone either. Someone calls from there on both of our phones multiple times per week, sometimes multiple times per day even though we’ve said EVERY SINGLE TIME that we’re not interested in trading in right now. You even call from multiple numbers so blocking hasn’t worked. My husbands car is in there right now for pre paid maintenance and you use this opportunity to call ME again about trading his car in while my husband is still there!! My husbands pre paid maintenance just expired so you’ve lost us as a customer completely forever. Ridiculous.
Associate Patrick Fasse ( I hope I spelled his last name correctly) has treated me with the upmost of respect. When I have an issue with my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze, Patrick takes the time to explain to me what repairs are needed. He exhibits exceptional customer service skills.
