Reminder: You are paying for a service, not a tuning lesson. I'm happy to answer basic questions, but unless you're paying my hourly rate i'm not going to go into any depth about it. I don't have that kind of free time. You can do your own research about what tuning means and what it does and what things are available for your particular model.

Folks: read the website, requirements for dyno tuning. Your bike *must* be in proper shape/adjustment for tuning. If you show up and your chain is out of adjustment, i will adjust it and charge you an hour of labor (which you are free to refuse, but that's what you signed for on the paper when you dropped it off). No, i do not give discounts because you have a maintenance plan with your dealer and they will do it for free. GTFOH. 🤦‍♂️

PSA: 18mm O2 sensor bungs are not pipe threads. They shouldn't get tighter as you screw them in. They are straight threads with a crush gasket so they are pretty easy to go in and just need to be tight enough to seal. i'll post some pictures about what happens when you don't pay attention to how tight things are and just keep cranking them in.

After some discussions on the forums about customers arriving with no fuel in their bikes for tuning, my policy and pricing for providing fuel has been updated. See pricing on the website for details. other things on the website have been updated as well.

Ok, one more PSA for customers for the future.... This only really applies to metric inline 4 guys. I do not tune with PowerCommander. If you have a PowerCommander installed on your bike, you must remove it before bringing it to me, otherwise you will be charged the hourly labor rate to remove it. I've removed my last one for free, because on metric sport bikes it can take up to an hour, and that's not really part of tuning.
