Special events and rentals available pending racing schedule. Music City Raceway is an IHRA sanctioned 1/8 mile drag racing or drag strip in Nashville, Tennessee. Known as Nashville's "Playground of Power" races Tuesday Friday, Saturday & some Sundays - IHRA - International Hot Rod Association Member. Runs Jet Cars, Funny Cars, Street Legal Hot Rods, Import racing, and competes with regional/local NASCAR, SCCA and various speedway, stock car and round track venues. Big Buck races such as the Beech Bend 10-G, $5K Races, Big Bucks Bikes are hosted along with Street Legal Winners, Jr. Dragster, Motorcycle and Pinky's races along with Bowling Green Harley Races. Classes of Super Pro, Pro, Sportsman, Street Legal Trophy, Jr. Dragster, Pro Motorcycle, Trophy, Street Legal, 6.0 Heads Up & Super Street Series and national event classes of Super Gas are run throughout the year.

Team Music City Raceway Division finalists. October 15th-18th at Ethridge Motorsporks Park. Included below is schedule Bracket Final Details and Schedule for each day.

The field is limited to 50 - and we have 54 with 2 alternates (ALT) - so actually a total pool of 56 that could participate. Alternates had points to qualify in other classes and "could" also run in the class they are designated as "ALT" if there is a shortage or drop out.

Each category is by points earned.
- 21 in Super Pro / Box
- 16 in Pro / NoBox
- 13 in Sportsman
- 3 in Pro Bikes - and 1 (yes one) in Juniors

Please confirm your participation AND shirt size by texting Rick at 615 876 0981. If you are NOT going to make it that opens up a spot for another racer. If you had points and for some reason are just seeing this message or finding out text 615 876 0981 with shirt size, car number and phone at the earliest AND confirm the above and will place on list.

Change of plans - REVISITED THE FORECAST and there is a HEAT ADVISORY until 7pm Sunday. We WILL NOT be racing this Saturday. The advisory also brings up health concerns . . . and in September!

We have even opened later but temps high until sun goes down - and still high and getting feedback from racers. We will be open Tuesday and then again the following Saturday with the program & points we were going to run tomorrow PLUS Pro Bikes on Saturday the 26th.

Will post this on www.musiccityraceway.com and phone AND will also post on Facebook current teams and roster qualifying later tonight. Let your people know - have good Saturday - and see you Tuesday - and next Saturday. Thank you.
