Elites red 389 refresh!

We had David’s 389 in for its 900k mile refresh, including getting stripped down and sent to get frame blasted and re painted front to rear, new fifth wheel plate with welded on risers and steel head, new deckplates with removable cover for access to the hookups, re worked the rear frame French to get a 3rd 7 way incorporated for the trailer extras with lighting! New rear frame hatch that opens up to access rear leveling valve and clean, changed out the front springs to our new style air springs, whole truck got polished out, new air cleaner stainless panels, painted dash panels, sent out the gauges to get the color changed to red with white needles, new stainless tank “I” panel, stainless filler panel between drives, new 20” bumper, new half fenders with our heavy blind mount brackets, new seats and seat bases, etc etc. and the trailer got some fresh stainless axle covers and fender skins to go along with it! ready for another 900k!

Jason Bell!

Jason’s 389 was a personal project for him for a few years as he put it together gathering parts from us weekly as he went on it! This sports our deckplate with removable cover to access hookups, fender brackets to hold hogebilt half fenders, stainless filler panel between fenders with underglow, our stainless step covers, stainless “I” panel with lights forward and rear, heavy fifth wheel plate with weld on stands, rear stainless drop panel, our stainless flap hangers to match angle of factory Pete tails, drop mirror brackets, as well as a bunch of other small things. etc etc.

The wagon was one that we built a few years ago, so we freshened it up with some new stainless axle covers, fenders, lights and went over it all for him.

Tom Reed’s trucks!

First off we had toms beautiful early 90’s 379 he purchased new in for our 4 bag airride paired with spring conversion and our designed springs. Hooked to it is his ‘96 utility 2000R he purchased new as well that we cut off the entire rear end, and designed/fabricated rear buckboard/bumper/ICC panel. All polished out, we also did full polished stainless landing gear braces, front stainless cover box and mirror stainless underneath hookup box.

Then we had his other white 379 in to do the 4bag airride along with spring conversion and our springs as well to make it handle as good as it looks!

Mike Zilinger’s combo!

Full trailer build, this one came in as a 12’ sliding spread and Mike decided he wanted a fixed spread, so we removed old bogey and built a new heavy weld in style bogey, dumps and blast, 3 bagged, lift axles on both axles, underglow, stainless axle covers with lights shining forward, removed entire rear buckboard and fabricated new that is bigger and heavier material with 4 lights on each side, paired with a heavy rear stainless icc bumper and icc panel with recessed tag, backup and standard marker lights incorporated, capped top rail with “big lights” all new harnesses and wiring for the correct light spacing, heavy stainless flap hangers front and rear facing, fabricated full stainless landing gear k brace and supports, landing gear covers with stainless crank handle, our heavy fuel tank mounts with stainless heavy straps, spare tire rack, big toolbox behind landing gear with underneath hookups incorporated into the face of it, front hookup stainless cover box, etc etc

On the truck we did our 4 bag airride and spring conversion, underglow under the cab and sleeper, glass mirror lights, our heavy fabricated half fender brackets to hold half fenders, fabricated rear frame cap with recessed plugs, our heavy stainless flap hangers and drop panel, installed bus glass, wired and plumbed for underneath hookups with adding switches in the truck, shaved and paint matched double square headlights, stainless 379 style grille surround with oval screen and 13 grille bars.

Cory Johnston’s new wagon and refresh on his 389!

Cory brought us his new Great Dane for the works, 9 light package all around with the “big lights”, sealed underglow front to back, underneath hookups, big toolbox behind landing gear for storage with motion light inside, custom fuel tank mounts and heavy stainless straps, forward and rear facing flap hangers, full polish rear end with stainless icc bumper and ICC panel with frenched in tag, stainless wing plates and crank handle, full length stainless axle covers, full air system with front and back lifts, 3 bag both axles, big air tanks, flap behind front axle, rear door sill flap, stainless door chain hold backs, etc etc.

On the truck we gave it a little makeover, including new deckplate with recess hookups and removable cover to access if needed, new half fenders along with our heavy fender brackets, one piece stationary fifth wheel plate with teflon head, frenched in rear of frame with frenched in Cali hookups, our signature heavy stainless flap hangers paired with our stainless heavy drop panel, dropped mirror brackets with west coast style mirrors and stainless betts on the ends, new 18” bumper with underglow and betts on the ends, new paint match dash panels, paired with a new steering wheel and a few changes to his gauge/switch setup. etc etc

These are One piece machined brass bushings, helicut inside for grease pattern on pins, ready to press into springs! Also have our version of air springs in stock as well that we can have bushings pressed into and ready for your install if you buy the pair from us!
