From a complete drivetrain teardown to precision custom fabrication, this truck has been touched from the frame rails to the roof lights. Check out the highlights of this massive build:
Custom Fabrication & Engineering
We fabricated and installed:
* Structural & Chassis: New battery box body, crossmember for the DEF box, and stainless steps for the side boxes.
* Precision Brackets: Custom mounts for the valve system, train horns, air tanks, fuel lines, and block heater.
* Finishing Details: Aluminum fender mudflap brackets, airline bulkhead brackets, and custom cab skirting.
* Exhaust & Steps: Fabricated exhaust brackets and a custom right-side step assembly.
Mechanical & Drivetrain Power
* Total Overhaul: New clutch, flywheel, input shaft, and rear main seal. Everything is torqued, greased, and ready to pull.
* Plumbing & Air: Total air system refresh—new airlines, bags, and custom-plumbed pneumatics.
* Cooling & AC: Fresh cooling pack installation and a fully charged AC system to keep things cool under pressure.
The Finishing Touches
* Exterior Shine: 9-count roof lights, custom mirror yokes, and a brand-new windshield.
* Lighting & Interior: Custom underglow, watermelon kick panel lights, and a full cab restoration from the headliner down to the speedometer.
