Whitelaw Motor's

Figured I would share one of my motors in action. My personal boat. Never got close to WOT

Staying busy as usual. I decided to read my reviews earlier and I got a good laugh out of my 2 negative reviews. Same person. Out of all the motors I've built I'm glad it has only been one jackass. But when I see a nance now I wont take the job. Problem solved. It's a good read if you want a laugh. I probably could've handled it better but a person can only take so much. Over 200 motors built but not many of my customers are computer savvy hence only a few reviews. Doesn't matter I stay backed up with work and have since I started this business.

IO550N pretty much done until I get it mounted to install the intake and injectors. Have to put the valve cover gaskets on and button those up. This will have electronic ignition so no there will not be magnetos.

540 is gone now to finish the 550. Got an IO360 lycoming tore down coming up next for overhaul.

I'm looking for 6 narrow deck 540 angle valve cylinders. Short or long reach just a set of either. Standard steel that can be cleaned up at p.010. I don't buy overhauled cylinders unless they are cheap as I'll be going through them anyway. Thanks let me know if anyone has a set or knows of someone.
