Today marked the beginning of the RennSport transition as we started moving tools and inventory into their new home at ACTP.

THE NEWS WE’VE BEEN HOLDING BACK IS FINALLY HERE.

After decades of serving Erie’s BMW and European automotive community, Charlie Jewell is beginning his well-earned transition into retirement, and RennSport Tuning will be closing as you know it.

Charlie didn’t want the reputation, relationships and standard of service he spent years building to simply disappear. After careful consideration, he selected ACTP LLC to continue serving the customers who have trusted RennSport for so many years.

RennSport built the legacy. ACTP has been entrusted to carry it forward.

ACTP has been expanding its facility, equipment and team in preparation for this transition. Frances Anderson will be joining ACTP full-time, and Charlie will remain involved throughout the transition to help ensure a smooth and familiar experience for every customer.

**Effective August 24, 2026, RennSport’s longtime phone number will transfer directly to ACTP.** There is no new number to remember—customers can continue calling the same number they have always used.
