🛑We are actively hiring an Automotive Restoration Technician/Specialist🛑
Ever spent more nights in the garage than on the couch? Do you secretly prefer the smell of a warm engine bay, welding smoke, and raw gas over cologne or perfume? Do you catch yourself studying the component selection, wiring, and fit and finish every time you walk past a flathead or small block build?
Do you find more peace with a wrench in your hand than a keyboard, and feel that deep-down satisfaction that only comes from standing back, wiping your hands, and admiring a job well done? We're not looking for someone to just turn bolts—we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes hot rods, customs, and the kind of classic metal that turns heads and drops jaws.
Vintage Modified is on the hunt for a mechanic who’s either been building this stuff professionally, or doing it every weekend since they could walk. If you’ve got the skills, the passion, and the grit to keep classics alive and make ‘em better than new—we want to hear from you.
Experience with classic vehicles, electrical diagnostics, carburetors, EFI, welding or fabrication is highly valuable, but we're willing to consider candidates with strong fundamentals who are capable and willing to learn.
If you know someone who would be a great fit, please share this with them.
Message us here on our page to possibly get you signed up for an interview, pay will be based on experience, but will be competitive. Full time hours - $20-$30/hr based on experience, ability and availability.
Here are a few pictures of vehicles we have worked on to give you an idea of the type of cars you will be working on.
