This 1980 cluster had housing that was crumbing and falling apart around the harness plug location!
Luckily, we have enough cores on hand that we were able to replace the housing and get this thing back into service without any worries of it falling apart inside the dash!

Well, there’s a first for everything.

I take all of my photos on a tailgate bench before and after my work is done on customers parts. I guess what I do has caught the eye of scammers, as they are now using my photos to try to steal people’s hard earned money!

Buyers beware! The only are place you will see my photos is on my official page, my Instagram, or my personal eBay site! Do not buy from anywhere else!

Tachometer, lighting, gauges, and speedometer testing?
We do it! These aren’t just testing that the gauges are working, but their accuracy as well!
Here’s a 1980-86 Ford truck diesel cluster that was refurbished with green illumination this past summer!
The way the yellow/red on the tachometer pops is one of my favorite things about these diesel tach clusters!

Who doesn’t love a good Bumpside instrument cluster refurb?!
This one got a brand new bezel and lens, complimented by LED bulbs. What a difference!
Gauges tested, everything cleaned, and shipped back to the customer.
I enjoy doing these 1967-72 Ford truck clusters so much!

Just another 1980-86 Ford truck cluster that I went through! This one unfortunately had a failure at the trip/trip button and had to get a speedometer replacement. A freshly lubricated speedometer, coupled with a new printed circuit, LED lighting, and a thorough testing, this is ready for service for another 40 years!

Here’s a 1962-1963 Ford Fairlane cluster that I did a basic run through on.
The lettering was almost illegible and worn away. The voltage regulator also needed repaired, as a terminal had broken off during removal.
With a lens clean up to top it off, this thing became much more presentable and functional!

Here’s an 80-86 I went through for a customer. This one got a Rocketman volt meter installed (supplied by the customer), and a LED upgrade.
