OWNERS RALLY 2026 • A few photos from last weekend spanning 28 years of EarthRoamers.

The very first photo is the original product Bill Swails created in 1998. His vision and dedication to creating an Expedition Vehicle helped pioneer a market that is now bigger and stronger than ever.

Owners had the opportunity to see some of our early models as well as tour the new LTx and SX 2.0. A true testament to the overall quality and craftsmanship as most of the vehicles we’ve produced in 28 years are still on the road today.

Some of these trucks were delivered this year - just a few months ago and have already traveled thousands of miles on journeys from California to Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Texas, and all around the great state of Colorado.

More photos and videos on the way - here’s a snapshot of the landscape and dynamic colors we’ve created, but most importantly the community established amongst our owners.

COLORADO! Come see us this weekend at Vail Mountain for the 17th Annual Vail Concours Car Show!

The show is free for spectators, and you’ll have a unique opportunity to view some of the rarest cars in the Rockies. While we won’t be setup on Friday, check out the Cars and Cocktails event hosted by our friends at Barrett-Jackson

SATURDAY - LTx will be on location and open for touring during Cars and Coffee at the base of Vail Mountain’s Gondola 1.

SUNDAY - LTx will be on display for tours from 9am-3pm at the Vail Mountain Lionshead Base near the Eagle Bahn gondola.

Attendees of our Owners Rally were welcomed with some new swag bags (sorry it’s not for sale!). The Mountain Utility Tote has great color options in Topo Designa stores - but you’ll need to own an EarthRoamer to receive one of these custom branded bags.

With some favorite local snacks, hats, shirts, and a candle we felt brought the nature smell indoors. Excited to share some photos and video from the weekend.

SX-036 is ready to show off the goods as the weather in Colorado begins to turn. We’re anxious for cold nights under the stars & it’s already starting to feel like Fall.

Made in Colorado - our rear bumper, front bumper, and storage box are all fabricated in-house. With special cutouts for the Baja Designs lights, there’s no shortage of lumens on the trail.

Do we need all those lights? Yes, yes we do.

We also need strong and dependable recovery gear like a WARN winch on the front and rear of the vehicle with Factor55 Flatlink shackles. Carrying 4 MaxTrax is a no-brainer, snow is on the horizon and lots of loose sand on forest service roads - using MaxTrax can be a quick and easy application in a pinch.

Shoutout to our amazing partners and the components that help make this vehicle capable & comfortable in the backcountry.

LTx-037 is fully-loaded and already heading to their first adventure.

Every EarthRoamer is custom built and personalized for individual owners, including the exterior color, wood type and finish, backsplash, countertop, and flooring.

This Ford 550 4WD chassis has a 6.7 L turbodiesel engine and 10-speed automatic transmission.

It’s 30 feet long, 8 feet wide, and just under 12 feet at ride height.

It’s got 100 gallons of freshwater capacity and a 40 gallon grey tank (no black tank).

With 95 gallons of diesel, it’s designed for you to go further and stay out longer without having to come back for fuel or food.

The 1,480 Watt solar capacity on the roof is connected to an 18,000-Watt hour lithium ion battery bank.

You’ll stay cool in the summer with a 19,500 BTU air conditioner and warm in the winter with a 7,500 BTU diesel air heater.
