📢 Calling all Quarter Midget alumni! 📢

Whether you raced at RMQMA 5 years ago or 50 years ago, we’d love to have you back at the track for our 50s Retro Racers Reunion & Alumni Day coming up on Saturday, September 19!

Alumni are invited to join us beginning at 9:00 AM to catch up, walk the pits, see what quarter midget racing looks like today, and share some memories with our current generation of racers. If you’re still racing, we’d love for you to bring your car along to display for the kids! Racing will begin by 2:00 PM with heats followed by mains if you’d like to stick around and watch.

And this is where we need everyone’s help: recognize somebody in these old photos? Know a former RMQMA racer or family? TAG THEM BELOW! 👇 We’d love to see how many past drivers we can call out!

Let’s fill the pits with a few generations of quarter midget racers. 🏁

🏁🚨 Another weekend in the books! It ain’t a party until the cops show up!🚨🏁

This weekend was a little different because it was TIMING DAY!

The kids spent the day doing what they do best… going FAST. And apparently, they were going fast enough to get the attention of the coppers! 😂

That’s right—there were actual police officers trackside with radar guns, clocking these little race cars as they flew by. 👮‍♂️📡🏎️💨

And at the end of the day?

THE KIDS GOT SPEEDING TICKETS. 😂😂

Probably the only time a parent can proudly say, “Yep, my kid got a speeding ticket today!” and actually be excited about it. 🤣

Huge thank you to the Dacono Police Department and Colorado State Patrol for coming out, getting involved, and making the day even more fun for these young racers! 🚔🏁

Another weekend of racing, another weekend of memories, friendships, and a whole lot of horsepower.

And apparently… a few citations for excessive amounts of FUN. 😂🏎️💨

Think you are fast? Let’s prove it. Join us Saturday for our speed trap timing day, where a real police officer will be clocking our fastest “offenders” on a radar gun. Come smash the speed limit – and see if you can “earn” yourself a speeding ticket!
