A few springtime notes!
-First, the building next door is coming down! In as little as 30 days my neighboring building is being demolished. Don't worry, we're going to work right through it. Parking may become even more tricky than it is as the road will likely be closed from my shop to the Xavier lot at the end of the street. Consider parking on Ivanhoe when dropping off if the remainder of the street looks full.
-Second, this is the final week of being open on Friday until Fall time. Starting Monday the 16th the hours of operation will be 8am to 6pm Monday through Thursday!
-Third, as some of you have heard, Mark is making a comeback in the office here. Starting the 23rd you'll find him behind the desk and on the phones!

-It's been quite some time since I've posted. As many of you know I've been covered up with work and slammed busy day in and day out since Mark's retirement. Yesterday marks 10 months solo.
-Today started a new era at K&M and it's no longer a solo show. After lots of searching I've finally landed on the perfect fit. Hunter is all moved into the shop and today was his first day. He comes along with 7 years experience in the automotive repair industry and that tireless attention to detail that makes him the perfect fit. So next time you're in, pop back and say hello, he'd be glad to meet you.
-Summer hours at the shop are in full effect - 8am-6pm Monday through Thursday. Closed Friday through Sunday.
-As always, never ending thanks for the continued patronage and support. And we hope to see you soon, but hopefully only for scheduled maintenance!

Just a heads up! K&M Automotive will be closed the week of Thanksgiving for family vacation. We will close at 4:00PM on Friday the 22nd and return to normal business on Monday December the 2nd. I will periodically check voicemails and texts so feel free to reach out if needed. I'm thankful for ALL of YOU this Thanksgiving season!

K&M will be accepting donations for this cause until this Friday morning at which point they will be transported to the trailer to head south. Help if you can!

The shop main line is down right now with the Verizon outage for voice calls only. Text still works while it's connected to wifi. Line 2 is a landline and is still operational, please call (513)376-7416 until this issue is resolved.

Verizon outages are being reported across the country, including in Cincinnati.

6 years in business and we've got some news!

-After 6 years, $2.3 million in total sales and a car count of just over 6,400 Mark is retiring TODAY! We greatly appreciate the support from all of our customers over the years. K&M Automotive will remain and Keith will still be here to take care of all of your automotive needs. If you have time, swing in today to wish Mark well in his new adventure!

Hope everyone is starting off a great summer this year! We wanted to give a scheduling heads up. We do not plan to close for a full week this summer for vacation. But, there may be a Friday or Monday here and there that we will be closed for a long weekend. We'll give advance notice and as always we can be reached via messenger and at [email protected]. The first of these closures will be Friday AND Monday around the Father's day weekend(June 14th and 17th). We appreciate everyone's understanding and continued support of our small business!
