At the end of May, we had the honor of celebrating an incredible milestone — Ben Wulf's 25th work anniversary with Portacool.
Twenty-five years ago, Ben began his journey at Portacool, and over the years, he has worn many hats, gaining a deep understanding of every part of the business before ultimately serving as our President & CEO. That experience and perspective continue to shape the way he leads today.
What truly sets Ben apart isn't just his vision for the company — it's the way he inspires the people around him. His leadership challenges all of us to strive for more, work harder, and never stop improving. He leads by example, fostering a culture built on accountability, teamwork, innovation, and genuine care for one another.
Under Ben's leadership, Portacool has continued to grow while staying true to its roots in Center, Texas, embracing American manufacturing, investing in its people, and strengthening the communities we serve. Even through challenges, his steady leadership and commitment to our employees have helped make Portacool a workplace that many companies would aspire to build.
