Good afternoon!

Bills were printed out and taken to the post office yesterday. If you do not receive your bill by the 27th, please give us a call at the office, 936-591-9695, Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.

If your account is past due make sure to pay in full or make a payment plan to ensure that your account is not suspended. Grounds for suspension are owing for two months.

Effective immediately pricing has gone up for all customers.

A few months ago there was a note on the bill stating there would be an increase due to rising costs.

Good morning! Everyone should have their bills for the month of April by today. They were sent out Monday the 21st. If you have a past due stamp make sure to make your account current as to avoid being suspended. Also, if you are mailing in your payment please make sure to send your payment by the 8th to ensure we receive it before the 15th to avoid a late fee.

If you have any questions you can call us at the office. Phone hours are 8am-3pm Monday thru Friday. If you call after those hours the answering service will take a message.

Good morning!

Just letting you all know bills were printed yesterday and taken to the post office. You should have them by Monday.

As always, they are due the first of the month and to avoid a late payment you should have it in the mail no later than the 10th to ensure it gets here before the 15th (when late fees are applied).

Good afternoon! Bills for the month of February were printed and mailed today so be on the lookout for them.

If you are more than 2 months past due you are suspended effective immediately. You can call to pay in full to reinstate your services.

If you have any questions our office phone hours are from 8am-3pm Monday thru Friday. Call during that time to make a payment or speak with someone in the office.

Good morning,

We are finishing up with the billing for the month of January and they will be at the post office this afternoon. If you do not receive it by Tuesday the 28th please call the office to check on your balance due.

All past due balances will be subject to suspension.

Trash routes will run on a normal schedule for this week and next week.

Good afternoon! Friendly reminder late fees will be applied next Thursday, the 16th. To avoid having the late fee applied me sure to mail your payment out before the 10th to ensure it arrives prior to the 16th. All balances with a past due amount will be subject to suspension.
