Scott Vanhoven is a level 3 (high-risk) s*x offender residing in Rexville, Steuben County. He was convicted in 2019 of 1 count of S*xual Abuse 2nd degree. He s*xually abused a child under the age of 14 and was sentenced to zero jail time and 6 years of probation.

At the time of this conviction, Scott Vanhoven was already a registered s*x offender previously convicted of 2 counts of S*xual Abuse 1st degree. Despite this, he was given minimal sentencing for his most recent conviction.
