Finally putting the finishing touches on the new office. Still have some little stuff to do but moved all of the computers and stuff over so we will be working out of it next week. I am pretty happy with how it turned out and should make for a much better experience for our awesome customers. Come check it out it and get on the schedule.

Haven’t posted on here in a while. Been busy working “on” the shop not just in it. New parts and tire room is put together and getting filled up, new office and waiting room is coming together and should be getting finished up here pretty quick. That should make for a nice place for customers to wait on their vehicles now. We are fully staffed with 3 techs, myself and a service writer, so we are finally starting to get and stay caught up so give us a call, we should be able to get you taken care of pretty quick.

If anyone is looking for something to do everyday, the telegraph is doing the Best of the best again. We won best auto accessories last year and would like to win one of the categories again this year. Right now is the nomination period and the business name has to be written in, October is when voting will happen. If you could write us in for best auto repair and/or oil change we would appreciate it.
Also if you go to the home services category, then best lawn care equipment sales and service, Feldman Lawn & Power sports would love your nomination also.

Man, we need to find another technician like yesterday. I keep thinking we will get caught up and be ok but it’s just not happening. I apologize to anyone whose vehicle is taking longer than it should, we are doing all that we can but it seems like everything we have is a big job or some weirdo problem that takes forever to figure out.

I just want to start off by thanking everyone who trusts us with their vehicle repairs. We are so busy right now that we can’t keep up. It’s a great problem to have but it is still a problem. We are going to have to schedule all non emergency stuff a week or two out. In the mean time I am still trying to find another mechanic to try and help remedy this issue, but I do apologize for any delays.

With things growing and changing constantly, we do our best to keep up with everything and keep the turn around times the best we can. Our daily repair work has almost taken over and my time to work on old cars has been limited. I still get calls almost daily for work on old cars and bigger projects, but I just can’t take them all and they are scheduled out a little ways. With all of that being said, I am probably going to be in the market for a technician to work on the daily work, and I could possibly be looking for someone just for old cars/ hot rods.

Call me old school, but I still like tuning with a screwdriver instead of a laptop.

Little bit of a shop update. The 2 new lifts are up and running and the doors are installed. This gives us 4 bays with lifts, making it much easier to keep those turn around times reasonable and should allow us to keep a bay open for walk in oil changes and quick stuff. We will also be adding a new office/ waiting area in the next few weeks for those who would like to wait. Thank you to everyone who trusts us with your repair needs, we do our best to offer a great customer experience and a place you can trust and afford. Also thank you to those who refer us, our customer base grows everyday and we do next to no advertising, so I know it comes from word of mouth and I am grateful for that!

Well, the shop driveway is an absolute mess, and we are completely out of parking spots. I am going to need a couple loads of rock to fix up the driveway and expand the parking situation and I’m going to need to do it pretty quick. Anyone able to help me out?
