Redline Auto & Diesel Performance is hiring an experienced technician.

We’re looking to add a qualified, motivated technician to our team.

This is not an entry-level or training position. We need someone with real experience who can step in, stay productive, and take pride in quality work.

We’re looking for someone who:

✅ Has their own tools
✅ Shows up on time every day
✅ Has a strong work ethic
✅ Wants to grow and improve
✅ Can work efficiently without being babysat
✅ Takes pride in doing the job right the first time

Experience is needed in one or more of the following:

• Light-duty diesel repair
• Hot rods
• Domestic performance vehicles
• General diagnostics and repair
• Performance upgrades and custom work

We work on a wide variety of vehicles, including diesel trucks, LS/LT platforms, Mustangs, Camaros, Corvettes, Chargers, Challengers, and other performance builds.

We are looking for someone who wants a long-term opportunity, not just another job.

Pay will depend on experience and ability.

We are finally getting caught up on customers vehicles so now is the time to get yours to us!

This is why we are scheduled weeks out on tunes but worth the wait! A customer brought us his Caprice that another local shop tuned, the customer felt it wasn’t performing how it should. After making a baseline dyno run and seeing the afr and timing table I see why. 14.5afr at WOT and a timing table that shows the person just does not know what they are doing. After 3 pulls I had the afr and timing fixed and netted the customer an additional 62hp and way better drivability. Keep in mind that if someone can jump on your car and tune it at a moments notice there may be a reason why they aren’t busy 🤷🏼‍♂️. There is a big difference in getting something to run and making it run correctly!

We understand when customers try to save money but there’s a point where you start killing local businesses off that help you out just to save a few dollars. Small shops cannot operate on labor profits alone, there has to be a small percentage made on parts sales. Support your local shops when buying parts instead of large online outfits!
