What up its Kevin

I want to start by thanking all my amazing customers.Its just wild to think about how y’all have blessed us by word of mouth and sending folks our way! We grow are going through growing pains this year after moving to our new location & keeping up with EIGHT KIDS to raise (between Hollywood & me).

We are going to start making some changes around the shop!

I’m going to be in the shop a lot more at the moment. We have however many trucks and not enough techs. The shop is a 3 man crew with 1 in the office. The main thing I want our customers to understand is WHEN WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR TRUCK I WANT FULL ATTENTION SO THE QUALTY OF WORK DOESNT GO DOWN! We have 40 trucks here meaning 40 people calling everyday. We HAVE to get trucks out. I don’t mind talking but if ya wanna just bu****it I can’t do that during business hours! (LET KELSYE KNOW WHATS GOING ON SHE WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN)

We strive to give the best work & also spend time with our family’s. We have never been a shop that closes down at 5:30 to make sure we can get it out! But the only way we can stay on the truck we are working on is to stay on task with that being said ALL CUSTOMERS GO TO THE OFFICE!

I get it you wanna see us or talk straight to us but stay out of the shop. I want you to think like this for me, if we have 4/5 people just walk in the shop or in our gate & spend 20-30 mins with each guy we have been pulled hours away to get your truck fixed & insurance doesn’t like that (DONT MAKE US GET DROPPED)lol

Let’s go over it and make it short
1- Straight to the office if its closed (Hit door bell or call we will come)

🚨 2- DO NOT GO IN YARD UNLESS TOLD TO

3- I will do best to talk to everyone but understand WE all got a lot to do and love seeing our kiddos awake not a sleep when we get home.

5-If your broke down don’t call 15 times if it’s after hours call 2 times no answers please shoot text playing calling all phones when we are with our family’s make it worst (DO NOT JUST TEXT CALL ME TELL ME SOMETHING BECAUSE IF NOT WE THINKING YOU JUST WANNA BS)
